Suggestedsolution:Checkandensurethat:
–Thespeakerisnotcovered.
–Thespeakermutefunctionisdisabled.
–Ifyouareusingaheadset,unplugit,thenplugitinagain.
–Thevolumeisnotturnedtothelowestlevel.
Iftheproblempersists,contactLenovofortechnicalsupport.
•Problem:Asong,video,orothermedialecannotbeplayed.
Suggestedsolution:Checkandensurethatthemedialeisnotcorrupted.
Externaldeviceconnectionproblems
•Problem:Aconnectionisnotestablishedwhenyouconnectthetablettoacomputer.
Suggestedsolution:EnsurethatthecomputerUSBcableyouareusingistheonethatisshippedwith
yourtablet.AlsoensurethattheUSBcableisconnectedtothemicroUSBconnectorofyourtablet.
•Problem:Bluetoothdevicescannotbelocated.
Suggestedsolution:Ensurethat:
–YourtabletBluetoothisswitched.
–TheBluetoothfeatureisactivatedonthedevicetowhichyouwanttoconnect.
–YourtabletandtheBluetoothdevicearewithinthemaximumBluetoothrange(10m).
Iftheproblempersists,contactLenovofortechnicalsupport.
•Problem:Theimagecannotbemirroredontheexternaldisplay.
Suggestedsolution:Ensurethat:
1.AttacheddisplayisswitchedonfromtheQuickSettingspanel.
2.Theexternaldisplayispoweredon.
3.TheexternaldisplayisconnectedtoyourtabletthroughtheminiHDMIconnector.

Recoveringfromaseveresoftwareproblem
