eachhot-swapredundantpowersupply,theremightbeoneortwostatusLEDsonthepowersupplynearthe
powercordconnector.WhenthegreenLEDislit,itindicatesthatthehot-swapredundantpowersupplyis
workingproperly.WhentheredLEDislit,itindicatesthatthehot-swapredundantpowersupplyhasfailed.
Thehot-swapredundantpowersupplieshelpyouavoidsignificantinterruptiontotheoperationofthe
systemwhenapowersupplyfailsandyoucanreplaceahot-swapredundantpowersupplywithout
turningofftheserver.
Note:TomaintaintheEMIintegrityandcoolingoftheserver,installanewhot-swapredundantpower
supplyassoonasyouremovethefailingoneorcovertheotherbaywithashieldifyoujustuseonepower
supplytoprovidepower.
