Allorsomekeysonthekeyboarddonotwork.1.Ensurethat:
•TheUSBkeyboardcableissecurelyconnected
toaUSBconnectorontheserver.IftheUSB
keyboardisconnectedtoaUSBhub,disconnect
thekeyboardfromthehubandconnectitdirectly
totheserver.
•Nokeysarestuck.
•TheUSBcontrollerisenabledintheSetupUtility
program.See“UsingtheSetupUtilityprogram”

.
2.Restarttheserver.
3.Replacethekeyboard.
Themouseorpointingdevicedoesnotwork.1.Ensurethat:
•Themouseorpointingdevicecableissecurely
connectedtotheserver.IftheUSBmouseor
pointingdeviceisconnectedtoaUSBhub,
disconnectthemouseorpointingdevicefromthe
hubandconnectitdirectlytotheserver.
•Themouseorpointingdeviceiscleanandnodust
accumulates.
•Thedevicedriversareinstalledcorrectly.
