Yourserverhasaspecialtypeofmemorythatmaintainsthedate,time,andconfigurationinformationfor
built-infeatures.Thecoin-cellbatterykeepstheinformationactivewhenyouturnofftheserver.The
coin-cellbatterynormallyrequiresnochargingormaintenancethroughoutitslife;however,nobatterylasts
forever.Ifthecoin-cellbatteryfails,thedate,time,andconfigurationinformation,includingpasswords,are
lostandanerrormessageisdisplayedwhenyouturnontheserver.
